Microdermal Piercing

ADORNMENT, VIRTUALLY ANYWHERE

A unique style available for almost any surface of your skin, the microdermal piercing is also known as a dermal anchor or single-point piercing. Your expert piercer implants an anchor under the skin to hold the decorative jewelry of your choice in place. While traditional piercings go through skin and tissue, leave only a single visible point where the jewelry sits.

Cost

Get a microdermal piercing performed by our experienced team for a flat rate of $70. Your jewelry choices start at $70, but you can also upgrade to gold or gemmed jewelry for an added cost.

Healing

Healing usually takes between 6–12 weeks for a microdermal piercing. Follow our detailed aftercare instructions to ensure effective healing and prevent any infections. Our team recommends cleansing the area twice daily with a saline or mild soap solution, avoiding any pressure or trauma, and not touching or rotating the jewelry unnecessarily.

Some initial swelling, redness, and tenderness are normal, but you should keep an eye out for symptoms of infection such as persistent pain, unusual discharge, or excessive swelling and seek professional advice if these occur. With careful attention to these guidelines, your microdermal piercing can heal thoroughly.

Placement

Microdermal piercings can be placed almost anywhere on the body, accommodating both flat and curved surfaces. Popular choices include the face, neck, chest, back, wrists—and even the fingers. Clients have the option to go with a single microdermal for a discreet touch or multiple piercings to design complex and striking patterns.

For jewelry, flat-top anchors are commonly used in microdermal piercings because they offer a reliable base for various decorative elements or gems. These anchors can be paired with tops of different shapes, sizes, and styles, allowing clients to customize their piercings to reflect their personal look.
