Megan Naito

My name is Megan (she/her) and I have been piercing for over a decade, starting my apprenticeship in Dec 2011.  Piercing has taken me all over Turtle Island, shadowing piercers from around the world and attending seminars in San Francisco, Portland, Vegas, Atlanta, and the Atlantic provinces.  I am a member of the Association of Professional Piercers, and volunteer yearly at their annual Safe Piercing Conference.  

My intention as a piercer is to help facilitate people feeling reaffirmed in their identities, whether it be through gender, sexuality, culture, or purely aesthetics.  

Outside of piercing, I am also an event photographer with a preference for documenting cultural or community based events.
